- 7+ years as a Data Engineer or in Data Science & Analytics roles
- Building ETL jobs with dbt
- Proficiency with workflow management platforms like Airflow
- SQL and Python for data transformation
- Building dashboards in visualization tools like Hex
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Experience partnering with Product leads on company-wide metrics
- Experience building Data Engineering functions at startups
- Experience scaling productivity with AI tools
- Full-stack problem-solving mindset
