- Minimum 20 business clients per tax season
- 3+ seasons personal tax preparation experience (30+ returns per year)
- General bookkeeping knowledge
- State tax licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required
- Onsite retail availability minimum 20 hours per week
- Comfortable in front-facing retail environment
- Reside in the United States

## Nice to have

- Bookkeeping experience with books-to-tax workflow
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience providing year-round tax guidance to small businesses
- Holistic tax advisory services beyond filing
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication
