## Required

- 12+ years of FP&A experience with expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting

- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance such as driver-based forecasting and anomaly detection
- Ability to translate finance and technology requirements and write functional requirements
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with IT, business leaders, and external vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

## Nice to have

- Background in biopharma, life sciences, or healthcare
- Familiarity with modern data infrastructure concepts such as data warehouses and BI tooling
- MBA or CPA
