## Required

- US-licensed attorney
- 10+ years litigation experience
- Top-tier litigation firm background
- Complex IP and trade secret dispute expertise
- Trial experience including dispositive motions and witness examination
- Litigation strategy expertise across all phases from pre-suit through appeal
- Outside counsel management experience
- Litigation budget management

## Nice to have

- In-house experience at high-growth technology company
- Public company litigation experience including financial reporting and governance matters
- AI-first perspective with interest in AI-driven tools
