## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow detailed work procedures and accurately document work
- Comfort working with industrial and laboratory equipment
- Willingness to work with high-temperature processes and molten materials in some assignments
- Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods

## Nice to have

- Manufacturing, production, laboratory, or testing environment experience
- Trade school or technical training in mechanical or electrical fields
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, or equipment setup/changeover experience
- Experience working in noisy, industrial, or high-temperature environments
