- Cross-functional stakeholder leadership bridging marketing, data, IT, legal, and compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience with 360-degree marketing data initiatives like HCP 360 or Patient 360
- Knowledge of data activation patterns and pushing segments into MarTech tools
- Working knowledge of omnichannel measurement, attribution, and KPI definition
