- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Defense, Computer Forensics, or MIS, or equivalent security certification
- Understanding of ISO27001, NIS2, and GDPR
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Technical escalation and incident analysis during security incidents
- Alert tuning and suppression analysis
- On-call support capability

## Nice to have

- ITIL Version 4 or above
- Security certification
- Proxy support experience
- Security client support
- Security devices administration
- Security server compliance monitoring and reporting
