- QNX or Linux OS kernel knowledge
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Embedded systems experience with BSP and drivers (Ethernet, Camera, SerDes, Display, PCIe, eMMC, UFS, Lidar/Radar)
- CPU architecture knowledge
- Software development experience with ARM/RISC-V/MIPS processors
- Understanding of ISA, memory subsystem, and coherency
- Security and AI/ML architecture knowledge
- Ability to debug at board and silicon level
- Performance and power optimization experience across hardware and software
- Leadership experience and innovation passion
- English and Mandarin fluency
- BS/MS/PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Autonomous driving experience
