- Process improvement and automation mindset
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Organization and attention to detail

## Nice to have

- CPA certification
- Experience with international subsidiaries and transfer pricing
- Workday Financials or similar large ERP experience
