- 6+ years building and shipping ML systems to production
- Significant Python proficiency with scikit-learn and PySpark
- Technical training and professional experience with causal inference techniques
- Experience with instrumentation, data transformations, and complex analyses
- Hands-on experimentation experience in consumer technology
- ML or experimentation work at a B2C technology company on revenue products
- Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership
- Hypothesis-driven problem solving with data support
- Prior experience with LLMs in data processing and analysis workflows

## Nice to have

- Experience with digital advertising and ad tech infrastructure
