- 5-6 years of design or related experience

- Ability to translate consumer insights into creative solutions
- Ability to articulate design intent and strategy
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Generate broad range of concepts and solutions for each project
- Design portfolio submission required

## Nice to have

- Experience playing basketball or deep familiarity with the sport
