## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum ten years of relevant claims experience
- Insurance Adjuster License or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced negotiation experience
- Expert knowledge of commercial insurance and policy language

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in related discipline
- Professional designations such as CPCU
- Experience with industry trade groups
