- 3+ years thermal system engineering experience
- Expertise in thermal and fluid analysis and heat transfer fundamentals
- Proficiency with thermal simulation software
- Proficiency with data analysis tools like Python or MATLAB
- Experience shipping high-volume consumer products with Asian manufacturing support
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Understanding of design for manufacturing and assembly
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Ability and willingness to travel to China as needed

## Nice to have

- Master's or PhD degree in mechanical engineering or related field
