- 3+ years building Generative AI solutions including RAG frameworks and validation pipelines
- Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on approach with focus on code quality and architectural excellence

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience or certification with Palantir platform (Foundry/AIP)
- Strong understanding of Ontology and digital twin frameworks for AI applications
