- Set product and technical strategy with Product and Design partners
- Participated in engineering-wide initiatives
- Strong decision-making and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with data infrastructure decisions
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated curiosity about using AI responsibly to improve efficiency
