- Proven track record optimizing real-world performance under RF constraints

## Nice to have

- DSP feature integration experience (AEC, noise suppression, beamforming)
- Host-side audio experience (WASAPI/APOs on Windows, CoreAudio on macOS)
- Secure boot and OTA firmware knowledge
- Battery life profiling and power optimization
