- 5+ years in senior FP&A leadership managing a team

- Experience implementing enterprise financial systems and processes
- Experience partnering with or overseeing Revenue Operations and sales compensation design
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Track record aligning finance and go-to-market teams on forecasting and pipeline governance

## Nice to have

- Master's degree and/or CFA certification
- Experience in a public company or internet-based business
- Experience overseeing or partnering with Salesforce and broader revenue technology stack
- Background in Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment
