## Summary

This role partners with non-finance leaders across HR, Legal, Security and other G&A functions to manage budgets, plan headcount, and provide financial guidance on departmental decisions. You'll own financial planning cycles, build forecasting models, and drive monthly reviews for your assigned cost centers while automating reporting in Planful.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Experience with EPM/CPM platforms such as Planful, Anaplan or Hyperion
- Strong communication skills explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines

## Nice to have

- Experience in capital-intensive, manufacturing, hardware or aerospace environment
- Knowledge of Infor LN or comparable manufacturing ERP
- Experience with pricing or unit-economics analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
