- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)
- Experience deriving, allocating, and tracing requirements throughout product lifecycle
- 1+ years of systems engineering experience (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design)
- Experience with cross-discipline engineering teams
- Experience supporting internal and external customer deliverables
- Experience with control theory and design
- 1+ years of experience with propulsion GNC or avionics design/integration
- US Citizenship

## Nice to have

- Exposure to PDR/CDR processes and flight test support
- Programming skills in Python and/or C/C++
- Hands-on experience developing or using simulation models for control design validation
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based design tools
- Working knowledge of avionics sensors and actuators
- Experience in lab environments with hardware/software integration, test setup, and data collection/analysis
