## Required

- VP-level experience leading partner operations or distribution in DTC/streaming/subscription business
- End-to-end ownership of complex platform and channel partnerships operationally and relationally
- Track record setting operating models and rules of engagement across matrixed organizations
- Deep fluency in streaming operations including partner launches, quality of experience, merchandising, offers, and multi-platform delivery
- Executive presence to represent FOX One to partner executives and leadership
- Judgment to maintain ownership and sequencing while enabling legitimate partner access
- On-site workplace attendance and travel as needed

## Nice to have

- Experience launching or scaling new channel and platform partnerships in multi-channel streaming
- Established relationships with major CTV and platform partners
- Background bridging commercial and operational partnership functions
- Familiarity with media, sports, or entertainment ecosystems
