- Experience building enterprise SaaS products and platform capabilities
- Technical fluency in SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, permissions, identity, and enterprise administration
- Proven ability to take complex products from strategy through delivery and adoption
- Experience partnering with UX teams on functional and intuitive design
- Comfort managing large backlogs and prioritizing customer needs
- Hands-on data analysis using SQL and Python
- Cross-functional communication and customer-first mindset
