## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 7+ years in datacenter operations, physical compute engineering, or server hardware roles
- Expert-level Cisco networking experience
- AWS networking and cloud-native networking architecture experience
- Hands-on server racking, cabling, hardware diagnostics, and physical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of enterprise server platforms
- Linux or Windows troubleshooting capability
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
- In-person work in Lanham, MD or Tysons, VA area

## Nice to have

- CCNP or higher Cisco certification
- Virtualization platform experience (VMware, Proxmox, KVM)
- Bare-metal orchestration tools experience (MAAS, Tinkerbell)
- Hardware monitoring, observability, or datacenter telemetry systems experience
- Knowledge of datacenter best practices for power planning, cooling optimization, and cable management
