## Required

- 10+ years in systems or embedded software development
- Leadership experience managing large cross-functional efforts
- Hands-on background with Linux kernel, drivers, or server firmware
- Demonstrated success delivering datacenter server software at scale
- Direct experience working with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on technical integration
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Ability to influence and align senior engineers and executives across organizational boundaries

## Nice to have

- Direct hands-on or leadership experience with NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 platforms
- Prior CSP-facing engagement experience on NVIDIA datacenter products
- Familiarity with end-to-end NVIDIA datacenter software stack including observability and reliability at hyperscale
