- 12+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years leading and developing product teams
- Demonstrated experience developing product leaders and coaching senior ICs
- Ownership of multiple complex product areas with clear strategy and execution
- Ability to operate in high complexity and ambiguity with clear decision-making
- Track record driving adoption of platform tooling and standards across large organizations
- Strategic partnership building across Engineering, Legal, Design, and Data organizations
- Experience with at least two of: Site Performance, Design Systems, Experimentation Platforms, Data Privacy and Compliance, or internal platform products
- Background working with or building internal platform products for Product, Design and Engineering teams

## Nice to have

- Experience owning a Design System in a multi-product organization
- Experience at a media company, publisher, or complex multi-brand digital platform
- Familiarity with AI-powered product development and implementing AI workflows
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance landscape including privacy regulation and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and driving experimentation culture at scale
- Direct experience with web performance metrics including Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
