## Required

- 10+ years creating and checking manufacturing-ready engineering drawings to ASME Y14 standards
- 10+ years of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD experience
- Expert understanding of GD&T application and interpretation
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Clear communication with cross-functional engineering teams
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Ability to pass U.S. government background investigation
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

## Nice to have

- Technical degree or CAD certification
- Experience mentoring designers or engineers on drafting and documentation best practices
- Familiarity with configuration management and release workflows
- Experience improving drafting standards, templates, or documentation processes
