## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of product security and development experience
- Extensive application threat modeling experience
- Extensive experience conducting architecture reviews for application and infrastructure security risks
- Recent significant experience applying Generative AI in software development at medium to large enterprises
- Deep understanding of modern product development practices, CI/CD, and how AI can improve them
- Familiarity with agentic architectures including SDKs, context engineering, and MCPs

## Nice to have

- Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and related cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of setting and evolving security architecture standards and driving adoption across teams
- Experience operating product security at scale in cloud-native environments with microservices
- Deep experience conducting threat modeling and security design reviews at scale
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems and AI/ML-enabled security solutions
- Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption by embedding security into product vision and roadmaps
