## Required

- Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Handle HR Tier 1 inquiries and escalate Tier 2 issues
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding
- Manage employment verifications and unemployment claims
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of federal and state HR laws and regulations
- Comfortable with conflict resolution

## Nice to have

- 1–2 years of HR experience
- Warehouse or manufacturing HR experience
- Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, timekeeping and payroll systems
- Experience with Workday, UKG, or ADP
