- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
- Experience with mechanical assemblies and fastening systems
- US work authorization
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to use hands for repetitive and precision tasks
- Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in tight or confined spaces
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and hazardous materials

## Nice to have

- Crane operations and rigging experience
