- Deep understanding of water treatment processes including RO, CEDI, UF, UV, ion exchange, and biological/chemical wastewater treatment
- Familiarity with SCADA, HMI controls, and P&ID reading
- Knowledge of OSHA, EHS guidelines, and environmental discharge permits
- 24/7 shift management and staff direction capability
