## Required

- 8+ years in construction finance, project controls, or capital projects accounting
- Experience managing construction budgets and cost reporting on projects typically $100M+
- Familiarity with construction loan agreements and draw/funding mechanics
- Working knowledge of GC/EPC contract structures and change order management
- Experience managing operating budgets for live facilities
- Understanding of how construction decisions affect long-term operating costs
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, construction management, engineering, or related field
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

## Nice to have

- Data center or hyperscale infrastructure construction and operations experience
- Familiarity with capital project accounting and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Exposure to construction lending or independent engineer processes
- Familiarity with data center operating metrics (PUE, uptime/SLA, cost-per-MW)
- Experience standing up construction or operations finance functions in high-growth company
- MBA or CPA
