- Proven track record executing multimillion-dollar private jewelry sales with UHNW clients
- Extensive network of collectors, jewelry houses, gem dealers, and institutional buyers
- Strong leadership and team management experience with international sales teams
- Deep understanding of global jewelry market, valuation, authentication, and provenance
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities

## Nice to have

- Gemological expertise or GIA equivalent certification
- Multilingual skills
