- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or nursing with 8+ years clinical/related experience, OR Master's/PharmD/PhD with 6+ years clinical/related experience
- Minimum 4 years cross-functional study management or leadership experience managing study or project teams
- Experience developing RFPs and selecting/managing CROs or vendors
- Ability to start-up, manage and close-out clinical studies and author regulatory documentation

## Nice to have

- Advanced knowledge of specific disease or therapeutic areas
- Complete knowledge of full study lifecycle from start-up to close-out
- Advanced knowledge of study management best practices and tools
- Thorough knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines and GCP
- Proven clinical documentation authoring ability
- Ability to lead and influence programs and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and team dynamics understanding
- Experience in matrixed environments
- Coaching and performance management effectiveness
