## Required

- 8+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative field
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Experience evaluating ML model outputs and translating to product/business metrics
- Extensive experience with data engineering and analytics engineering teams including dbt pipelines
- Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical inference
- Quasi-experimental methods or observational study design experience
- Subscription business metrics experience including cohort and retention analysis
- Expert SQL skills with BigQuery preferred
- Advanced Looker or Tableau experience
- Ability to explain technical analyses to non-technical audiences including leadership
- Product strategy shaping and influence experience

## Nice to have

- Conversational AI or LLM product evaluation experience
- Telehealth concepts or subscription healthcare model familiarity
- Clinical safety considerations in AI-assisted workflows knowledge
- GrowthBook or comparable experimentation platform experience
- Survival analysis or time-to-event modeling experience
- dbt, Airflow, and Databricks experience
