- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- 5-7+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement experience
- Experience managing global supply chains and complex supplier relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with global manufacturers and suppliers including contract negotiation and performance management

## Nice to have

- Experience managing global categories across multiple regions
- Experience managing data center infrastructure power categories such as busway, tapboxes, RPP/whip cables, PDCs, and in-rack PDUs
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM
- Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains
- Background with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers
