- 3+ years leading or developing others
- Experience building and executing Developer Relations strategies and programs
- Technical background with understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
- Experience creating technical talks, demos, workshops, webinars, or documentation
- Ability to build authentic relationships in developer communities
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with metrics and data-driven program evaluation

## Nice to have

- Experience across multiple technical platforms including geospatial technology
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs without existing playbooks
- Enthusiasm for mapping, location, and navigation technology
