- Oversee continuous monitoring and reporting of interchange compliance metrics
- Identify and resolve interchange processing issues
- Build and maintain compliance dashboards and analytical tools
- Lead and mentor a global compliance analytics team
- Establish operational practices for anomaly detection and incident management

## Nice to have

- 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD
- Advanced SQL with hands-on large dataset experience
