## Required

- 10–15 years of art direction and creative execution experience
- Heavy emphasis on video development and social-first campaigns
- Portfolio demonstrating elite art direction across social campaigns, cinematic brand films, and motion design
- Deep understanding of end-to-end video production including pre-visualization, on-set direction, and post-production
- Advanced knowledge of modern social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok) and their visual vocabularies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience from top-tier creative agencies or modern in-house brands
- Ability to mentor senior designers across the creative team
