## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience with month-end close exposure
- Independent ownership of AR/AP processes or close deliverables
- Hands-on NetSuite experience
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using AI tools daily
- Proactive and self-directed approach to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication

## Nice to have

- CPA in progress or completed
- Inventory, e-commerce, or marketplace accounting experience
- Experience with Rillet or modern AI-native accounting platforms
- Public accounting background or high-growth startup experience
- Exposure to external financial audit workpaper preparation
