## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of reinsurance industry experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or transformation roles
- Strong understanding of facultative and treaty reinsurance concepts, administration, accounting, reporting, and workflows
- Hands-on experience with reinsurance administration systems
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience supporting software implementation, enhancement, migration, or transformation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies

## Nice to have

- Previous consulting experience with insurance or reinsurance clients
- Experience with reinsurance accounting, financial reporting, and data reconciliation
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance and reinsurance
- Experience with global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Professional designations such as ARe, CPCU, ARM, or equivalent insurance certifications
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
