- Git familiarity and experience with at least one CI tool

## Nice to have

- Understanding of networking fundamentals (L2/L3)
- Experience with pytest, Robot Framework, or similar test frameworks
- Docker, Gerrit, or infrastructure-as-code tooling exposure
- Grafana or PowerBI dashboard and reporting experience
- Self-teaching track record or open-source contributions
