- Served as General Counsel or senior legal leader at a company with $200M+ revenue
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to partner with business stakeholders
- Experience supporting IPO readiness or serving as #1 or #2 legal leader through an IPO process, or operating in a public company legal environment
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Proven track record architecting AI systems that solve cross-functional challenges and improve business efficiency
- Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability
- Experience building and leading high-performing legal teams
- Juris Doctor degree
- Based in or willing to spend meaningful time in SF Bay Area or Denver
