## Required

- 5+ years product management in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, or technical B2B
- Experience leading strategy across multiple teams without direct authority
- Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry SDKs, OTLP, Collector pipelines, and semantic conventions
- Experience with instrumentation systems, agents, or telemetry collectors
- Understanding of Kubernetes, VMs, and public cloud deployment challenges
- Ability to turn complex onboarding and troubleshooting workflows into clear product experiences
- Data-driven decision making with customer research
- Excellent written and verbal communication for remote, distributed teams

## Nice to have

- Contributions to OpenTelemetry or open source observability ecosystem
- Experience with automatic instrumentation, eBPF, or runtime-based instrumentation
- Background as SRE, platform engineer, developer, or observability practitioner
- Track record building product-led onboarding or telemetry-health experiences at scale
