- Experience acting as or supporting a media spokesperson
- Comfortable working as a sole contributor in a matrix organization
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination and project management

## Nice to have

- Intranet or Viva Engage experience
- Podcast or video production experience
- Media training or crisis communications certification
