## Required

- 3+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio showing brand and marketing work across multiple channels
- 3+ years of email creative design experience in Figma or similar tool
- Experience producing digital, presentation, and large-format creative assets
- Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy applied to visual design
- Proficiency in Figma and mastery of design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition
- Ability to work independently, self-directed, organized, and manage multiple concurrent projects without dedicated project management support
- Understanding of performance and growth marketing and how creative work supports campaign outcomes
- Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external creative partners
- Comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products

## Nice to have

- Experience designing for technology, media, creator-focused, or advertising businesses
- Experience creating social assets for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Agency background or experience supporting multiple brands and campaigns in parallel
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Creative, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience creating work for creator programs, audience growth, advertising, or brand partnerships
