- 7+ years technical recruiting experience
- Experience leading recruiting teams in high-growth tech
- Success managing technical recruiters and sourcers against ambitious hiring goals
- Partnership experience with Engineering and executive leadership on technical hiring
- Hands-on expertise with ATS, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision making
- Coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence across technical organizations
- Experience improving recruiting operations and organizational scalability
- Project management and organizational skills in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and executive presence

## Nice to have

- Experience scaling recruiting through hypergrowth or IPO preparation
- Deep knowledge of recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools
- Partnership experience with Recruiting Operations or Talent Intelligence teams
- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cloud, AI/ML, hardware, or data center roles
