## Required

- 7+ years of electrical hardware development experience
- Radar system performance budget development and management
- Radar return analysis and performance modeling
- Radio or radar transceiver implementation as software-defined radio
- Field, flight, or spaceflight testing experience with radio or radar transceivers
- Deep expertise in signal processing chains, mixed-signal/digital PCB design, RF circuits, or antenna design

## Nice to have

- Microwave radiometry or radiometer instrument design experience
- Familiarity with planetary or terrestrial radars like SHARAD, MARSIS, or RIMFAX
- AMD/Xilinx RFSoC or Zynq UltraScale+ hands-on experience
- Spectrum licensing and frequency coordination for space systems
- Polarimetric radar and full-polarimetry calibration experience
- RF payload experience through PDR/CDR, qualification, and spacecraft integration
