## Required

- 15+ years progressive automotive industry experience in retail or wholesale
- Experience working with an OEM and understanding OEM operations and dealer networks
- 8+ years in field-based, service-focused, or technical leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree or MBA, or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing managers and teams
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle manufacturing, engineering, and R&D including hybrid and electric vehicles
- Valid unconditional driver's license and company-approved driving record

## Nice to have

- Engineering background
- Experience developing and executing technical, compliance, quality, or Aftersales service strategies within an automotive OEM
- Working knowledge of parts distribution, pricing, marketing, business development, and dealer revenue and profitability
