## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of relevant claim handling experience, or two years after completing CNA Claim Training Program
- Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire where applicable
- Knowledge of commercial insurance industry, products, policy language and coverage
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative experience with analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

## Nice to have

- Professional designations such as CPCU
- Negotiation experience with settlements
