## Summary

Samsung is seeking an engineer to own the design, operation, and continuous improvement of specialty gas and bulk gas supply systems at their semiconductor fabrication facility. This role suits someone with mechanical or chemical engineering training and hands-on experience supporting industrial gas systems who wants to drive equipment reliability and safety in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of direct operations or maintenance experience with gas and/or chemical supply systems
- Experience with bulk gas systems and/or industrial bulk gases
- Technical leadership skills to collaborate across teams
- Familiarity with gas and chemical equipment operation, maintenance, and design including piping systems
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to analyze process and equipment trends including flow rates, pressures, and consumption
- Troubleshooting expertise in process gas and chemical systems with strong mechanical aptitude
- Data analysis abilities
- Ability to work overtime and non-scheduled days as required

## Nice to have

- Semiconductor or electronics facility support experience
- Six Sigma certification
- LEAN improvement tools experience
- Fab engineering experience in semiconductor industry
- PSM/RMP management and compliance familiarity
- Familiarity with infrastructure budgeting and scenario planning
