## Required

- At least 18 years of age
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on radio devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Remain focused and composed in fast-paced environment
- Handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Lift, carry and move merchandise up to 44 pounds frequently
- Perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching and rotating motions
- Accept flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Remain mobile throughout entire shift
- Work in varying temperatures and humidity
